MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

A product which carries manufacturer warranty, its warranty policy is under its manufacturer's purchases terms and conditions. If a product you have purchased develops a fault and it within the manufacturer's warranty period, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer or their authorised service centre or agent for warranty service in the first instance. LIMITED WARRANTY

Australia Computer Online provides one year return to base limited warranty for new computer parts and systems only, applicable from the date of purchase on the tax invoice

EXTENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY

We are not responsible for any software conflicts caused by hardware purchased from Australia Computer Online. The warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use and does not apply to:
  • Operation outside the products environment specifications.
  • Improper site preparation or maintenance.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Interfacing not supplied by Australia Computer Online.
  • Unauthorized modification or misuse.

RETURNS & RMA

The majority of products sold at Australia Computer Online, if found defective, need to be returned to our shop in Sydney, please contact us if you are uncertain of this procedure before retuning your goods.

Returned products which are not covered by manufacturers warranty or covered by manufactures warranty but returning to retailer are sent to:

Australia Computer Online is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit to Australia Computer Online.

Postal fees

  • Return of goods is at the customers expense except DOA (dead on arrive) or Incorrectly Shipped. See Australia Computer Online Terms and Condition.
  • After the first year warranty period full shipping charges is at the customers expense and processing fees ($10~$30) may apply.

Warranty and RMA procedures

RMA Repair or replacement of faulty parts or computer systems.

Refunds are only applicable to components in RMA status that are no longer available or cannot be repaired. Any funds retuned will not be the original purchase price but the current market value.

Note: Warranty period is from the original purchase date and is not extendable if the product has been repaired or replaced. Australia Computer Online reserves the right to refuse the return that is shipped with charges payable by the receiver.
